Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman provides high-level administrative support to the Chairman of the organization, ensuring smooth and efficient operation of the Chairman's office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Calendar Management: Manage the Chairman's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, materials, and minutes as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Plan and coordinate travel itineraries for the Chairman, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, documents, and records, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Liaison: Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and internal and external stakeholders, conveying messages and requests effectively.
- Research: Conduct research and gather information on various topics as assigned by the Chairman, providing summaries and analysis as needed.
- Expense Management: Process expense reports and invoices for the Chairman, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Chairman, coordinating with other team members as necessary.
- Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling confidential matters.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives or board members.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Proficiency in office productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, with a commitment to quality and excellence.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
- Professional demeanor and ability to represent the Chairman and the organization in a positive and professional manner.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹1,400,000.00 per year
