**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking in the lubricants industry.

Manage and grow an existing customer base by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for Menon Lubricants.

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients and distributors.

Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts to management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Attend trade shows and conferences to represent Menon Lubricants and build relationships with potential clients and distributors.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Menon Lubricants is a well-established company in the lubricants industry that is looking to expand its customer base and increase sales. They have recently developed a new line of high-performance lubricants that they believe will be a game-changer in the industry. To help achieve their sales goals and promote their new line of products, they are seeking a Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in the lubricants industry. The Sales Representative will play a key role in growing Menon Lubricants' customer base and increasing sales of their new products.

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹34,000.89 per month
