Internal Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales activities, including generating leads, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
- Assist in preparing and sending sales quotations and proposals.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding market reach.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, arranging appointments, and preparing sales reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events as required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a similar role, preferably in the food processing machinery industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Must be female, as this role requires interaction with clients in culturally sensitive regions.
