As the Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Sales at Awadh Landmark Realty Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales initiatives to new heights. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual who possesses a passion for real estate and a proven track record of sales leadership. The AVP of Sales will be responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to maximize sales revenue, foster client relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
- Identify emerging market trends and opportunities to capitalize on growth potential.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, brokers, and industry partners to drive business development.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to effectively promote properties and generate leads.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer behavior.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
