People Operations Associate

Job brief:
Responsiblities:
- Manage full employee life-cycle, including on-boarding, internal operations and employee experience.
- Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. Prepare and organize onboarding materials, including new hire orientation schedules, welcome kits, and training resources.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment and enhance team morale.
- Organize and facilitate company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.
- Administer the employee referral program, ensuring timely processing and communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR compliance data, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a respectful and seamless transition.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather insights on employee experiences and areas for organizational improvement
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations roles.
- High humility with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Ms Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High emotional and social intelligence with experience fostering positive, strong relationships with diverse groups of people
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
