**What you'll do**:
This position is an individual contributor reporting to Manager, People Operations.

**Responsibility**
- Provide quality operational support to business units in APJ in order to deliver a value-added HR management service
- Administer key HR processes such as onboarding and new hire orientation, employee changes, terminations and promotions
- Assist with employee pre-hire processes, including but not limited to background checks, new hire paperwork and work authorization documentation
- Create and maintain electronic employee files
- Respond to general HR inquiries regarding but not limited to HR policies, benefits, employee data, and employment verifications
- Seek opportunities continually to create, improve, and impact HR Ops processes
- Prepare and issue employee change documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits, HRBPs, IT and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HRIS and in the simplification and improvement of its workflows processes
- Audit employee changes in HRIS system including but not limited to hiring, termination, promotions, data changes, leave of absence
- Create and maintain process documentation
- Support APJ leaves tracking
- Submit data requests for APJ statutory requirements
- Support other ad hoc responsibilities based on business needs

**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- BA/BS Degree
- 2+ years HR or Recruiting related work experience in a high growth organization

**Preferred**
- Experience with Workday or another HRIS system
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems
- Strong familiarity with Google Suite (G Sheets, Google Docs, etc)
- Proven ability and track record in working in a fast paced, high growth organization, spanning multiple timezones
- Enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively and prioritizing multiple tasks and projects
- Personal credibility and a proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with key stakeholders across many locations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
