About the role:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and committed Operations Coordinator to join our team
responsible for a range of duties, including coordinating human resource allocation, facilitating
employee training, liaising with clients, and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
Your main responsibilities may include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining operations documents and reports to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Scheduling staff according to client requirements and managing any necessary changes or
adjustments
- Addressing customer queries and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Ensuring clear and accurate communication of relevant information to all reporting personnel
- Assisting with project management by creating shifts, tracking progress, and proactively resolving
issues Logging shift issues and maintaining comprehensive records as required by site regulations
and policies.
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
- Proficiency in using MS Office software
- Positive attitude and reliability are crucial qualities for this role
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently in a 24/7 operations setting

**Salary**: 3.6 LPA + Variables (on target earning)
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
