**Role**: Customer Success Executive
**About the job**:
We are looking for a multi-linguist who can speak multiple Indian languages to fill out our executive position. If you are someone who likes interacting with people and is blessed with amazing convincing skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
**Key responsibilities**:
1. Contact potential or existing customers over the phone to address their doubts and questions, and drive conversions.
3. Work on CRM (client relationship management) to maintain engagement with customers.
4. Keep records of calls and feedback to increase conversion efficiency and improve our services.
5. Discuss user feedback with the team, and brainstorm ideas for optimizing the product and services.
**Requirements**:
2. If you are proficient in any south Indian languages. Then it is a plus for you to improve your skills and start a new career.
3. Should be result-oriented as we work with long-term goals. What will you learn? You will learn to be an effective communicator and build problem-solving skills while working in a collaborative, supportive, and very friendly work environment without any pressure.
