Inside Sales Executive

**Job description**
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Managing the various lead generations given by the Regional Sales and Field Sales managers
2. Converting lead generations to successfully opportunities and maintaining customer relationship
3. Retrieving the necessary information about the company and creating a profile for the same
4. Sending out a quote to customers from your account whenever required by the customer
5. Seeking assistance from the respective sales team of Aqtronics for any support required about customer visits or any assistance with high value / complex enquiries
6. Providing regular updates on the status of leads provided by the Digital Marketing team and regular feedback on the volume/quality of leads sent to you
7. Coordinating with supply chain and operations for customer support issues of all customers handled by you and ensuring queries are resolved in a timely manner
8. Ensure customer payments are recovered in a timely manner to manage cash flow
**Performance Measures**
1. Lead Generations: Actual v/s Converted
2. Revenue Generation: Forecasted v/s Actual
3. Quote Conversion: Planned Vs Actual
**Required Qualifications/Skills**
1. Energetic, self-driven and eager to learn individual
2. Bachelor's degree/diploma preferred
3. Prior sales experience a plus
4. Prior experience with handling software tools
5. Experience with MS office, especially MS word and MS Excel
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Comfortable working across cross functional teams
8. Comfortable working in result-oriented environments
9. Proficiency in English, Kannada and Hindi a plus
Pay: Up to ₹30,000 per month
Day range:
Monday to Friday
Shift:
- Morning shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Quarterly bonus
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
