Job Location - Tripoli, Libya
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook ( Indian cuisine dishes ) according to the menu and recipe specifications.
- Assist the Head Chef in developing new menu items.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Supervise and train junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area.
- Monitor food stock levels and order supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- Assist with the planning and execution of special events and functions.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role ( Cooking Indian Food )
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for food and cooking.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
