**Job Description
**Role and Responsibilities**:
Exports Sale:
Manage sales and volume growth as per company Budget and long term goals.
- Build and support strong, long-lasting customer relationships by associating with them and understanding their needs
- Develop and implement long lasting sales strategy to enter new global markets.
- Analyze external and internal data, and interpret for management to take informed decisions.
- Build pricing and volume strategy by analyzing the trends.
- Manage finance related process, documentation, payment terms and customer support.
- Cross functional coordination with R&D, Factory and supply chain.
- Engagement with SCM team to optimize freight
- Establish Branding and promotional strategies for entering global markets
- Manage inventory and sales planning for each month.
- Timely resolve and support customer queries.
- Build analytical dashboards and data models to simplify the existing processes.
- Develop and manage existing as well as new global Key Accounts.

**Required Skills**:
Ability to understand customer requirements and communicate
- Understanding of overseas markets and their requirements
- Understanding of the foreign payment instruments like L.C, other export documents
- Knowledge and interest in global business.
- Working knowledge of an international language.
- Understanding of the criteria for international trade compliance.
- Networking abilities.
- Good assessing and evaluating skills.
- Knowledge of laws for international trading.

Qualifications and Education Requirements: BE Chemicals with MBA in International marketing

Experience : 8-10 years in similar role
