**Saas Sales Lead Role**
**Blaash.io**
We are team Blaash.io working on the latest and greatest technology to build a World class SaaS-based Product for Customer Engagement.
We are also an insight-led technology platform that allows a marketer to understand and analyze user journey to build high engagement driven solutions with gaming & content to boost Customer Engagement.
With customer data at core, early and growth-stage online commerce brands can leverage technology and entertainment on a single platform that is plug n play, automated & cost-effective to enhance Customer LifeTime Value Without Transaction-Based Nudges.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- You will join our SDR team for the USA region & be Willing to work in the US time zone
- Ensure programmatic execution of personalized campaigns and 1:1 account-based marketing tactics.
- Create metrics, establish processes and deploy tools as necessary to build a scalable program.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, and other similar tools
**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Past experience of working in B2B SaaS companies as SDR / BDR
- Hands-on experience of sales pipeline management & conducting product discovery calls
- Solid verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Targets achieved -10 demo meetings per month or 300K annual target
**Salary**: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bangalore City, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- total work: 3 years (required)
- SaaS: 2 years (preferred)
- B2B sales: 2 years (preferred)
- sales pipeline management: 2 years (preferred)
- conducting product discovery calls: 2 years (preferred)
