**Responsibilities**:
Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential clients and target markets through various channels, including online research, networking events, referrals, and industry publications.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, challenges, and goals to position the company's products or services effectively.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Customize presentations to address client pain points and showcase the value proposition of the company's offerings.

Negotiation and Deal Closure: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients. Overcome objections, handle rejections, and drive deals to closure while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability for the company.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and stay updated on industry trends. Use market insights to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and stay ahead of the competition.

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account management.

Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, revenue forecasts, and business development activities. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting key metrics, sales achievements, and areas for improvement.

Networking and Industry Engagement: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the company's network, promote its brand, and establish partnerships with key industry players.

Professional Development: Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to business development. Continuously enhance your knowledge and skills through training, workshops, and self-learning.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent presentation and proposal development skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and business principles.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field (may vary based on company requirements).

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
