Job Title: Sales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within Delhi/NCR focusing on architects, builders, and construction companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, builders, project managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm Systems, and IP PBX solutions.
- Prepare and present competitive proposals and quotations, ensuring they are tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and timely project estimation and implementation.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and after-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential clients and stay abreast of industry developments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, only in the CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm Systems, or IP PBX industry.
- **Strong network of contacts within the architectural and construction industry in Delhi/NCR is a must.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Knowledge of CCTV, Fire Alarm, Intrusion Alarm Systems, and IP PBX solutions is a must.**:

- Familiarity with technical aspects of security and communication systems is a plus.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Must live in Gurgaon and possess own transport. If not living in Gurgaon, must be willing to travel to Gurgaon office everyday and go on field visits around DELHI/NCR.
