Executive Assistant to CEO

Job Description:
- Salary Negotiable-
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist top management in day to day activities including scheduling.
- Manage and maintain executives calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, site visits, and inspections.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers.
- Draft and edit correspondences, presentations, reports, and other documents related to construction projects.
- Manage confidential information and documents with discretion and professionalism.
- Prepare expense reports, process invoices, and manage budgets for construction projects.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing records related to construction projects.
- Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Arts, BBA, MBA, Any Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, supporting construction executives or high-level managers in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively in a construction setting.
- Experience with construction terminology, project management, and contract administration is a plus.
