Admin and Executive Assistant / EA TO CEO
worked as Assistant to Senior Leaders and managed Administration services particularly Travel Desk
for CEO office.
1. Travel & Admin (70%)
- Primary point of contact for all the travel related activities of GlobalStep India
- Accurately complete and manage end to end travel requirements for both international and
domestic travel - air, hotel, rail, requests for ticketing, fares, routing, and visa requests for

- Support travel and hotel booking for people relocating from or to other cities
- Negotiate on best rates and services through vendors for travel
- Communicate with the person travelling regularly to keep them updated on logistics.

- Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
- Must be well-versed in both domestic and foreign critical itineraries and routings.

- Assist in HR & Admin activities including reward, recognition and engagement programs
2. Executive Assistant (30%)
- Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an
extremely active calendar of appointments; composing and preparing correspondence that
is confidential; arranging travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for
travel and related meetings.
- Managing any purchase needed by the CEO
- Professionally handle emergency changes to travel, meeting and other schedules including
cancellations.
- Responsible for scheduling meetings in India for senior management. Co-ordinate with other
executives and staff to ensure meetings are well organized and conducted in timely manner
- Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned
- Co-ordinate with other staff supporting the CEO in Global Step offices in US, UK and Canada
for smooth completion of tasks and arrangements needed by the CEO
- Exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal
communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and maintain a balance among
multiple priorities.
- Answering questions and meeting requests directed to the CEO office
Requirement
- Experience in executive office management required., General management experience
preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
