**Executive Assistant to the CEO**

**Hybrid mode.**

**Location: Pune (Hadapsar area)**

**Experience: 1-2 years**

The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven and results-driven. He/she will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

**Responsibilities**
- **Calendar Management**: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the CEO, and ensuring their calendar is organized and efficient.
- **Meeting Preparation**: Gathering information, preparing documents, and briefing the CEO before meetings.
- **Record-Keeping**: Maintaining records, files, and documents, often of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- **Task Prioritization**: Helping the CEO prioritize tasks and manage their workload effectively.
- **Gatekeeping**: Screening and managing access to the CEO, filtering out unimportant or low-priority requests.
- **Project Support**: Assisting with special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and decisions.
- **Liaison Role**: Serving as a point of contact between the CEO and other team members, departments, or external stakeholders.
- **Time Management**: Ensuring the CEO’s time is used efficiently and in alignment with strategic goals.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handling unexpected issues or challenges that may arise in the course of the CEO’s work.
- **Research**: Conducting research on various topics to support the CEO’s decision-making.
- **Professionalism**: Exemplifying a high level of professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

***Who should apply**
- Immaculate written and oral communication skills
- 1-2 years’ experience with some exposure to other cultures.
- Should be comfortable stretching on weekdays or even a weekend
- Project Management skills will be an advantage
- MS Office - Power Point, Excel and Word primarily (mandatory)
- Skilled at using internet to extract information /different types of search
