**Position**: Presales Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver effective proposals and technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses with detailed technical and business information.
- Work closely with the product development team to stay updated on the latest product features and enhancements.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitors’ products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a presales or sales support role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Customer-oriented with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.
