We are seeking a bright and energetic Presales Executive to become an integral part of the Presales team. Candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in pursuing a career in learning about the latest trends and solutions in the EHS domain (Environment, Health, and Safety).
Moreover, candidates must thrive in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment, particularly in the field of IT. Once hired, they will join a successful team with extensive experience across various business and technology solution areas.
Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of the bid, throughout different stages of RFI / RFP/RFQ starting from Deal Evaluation, module mapping, solution articulation, proposal summary & writing, till the final submission to the client. Maintain a repository of best practices & create reusable components. Capable of managing a multi-stakeholder environment. Execute pre-RFI/RFP work, including collateral customization, creation of sales PPTs, case studies, etc. Perform a post-RFI/RFP submission analysis, which includes proposal review, learning, and win/loss analysis. Stay updated on the internal roadmap and new product features. Continuously learn, update skills, and stay aware of industry trends in the EHS Software space. Stay up to date with competitive analysis and market differentiation.
Skills and Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Presales Executive/Consultant. Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related fields. Proven experience in bid management, proposal development, or related roles within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and technologies to effectively communicate the value proposition to clients. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple bids/RFPs/RFIs simultaneously. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information in a clear and compelling manner. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality bid submissions. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using RFP management software is an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve common objectives.
