Customer Service Internship

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest in our offerings
2. Identify and qualify leads through research and engaging potential customers over the phone
3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads generated and assist in setting up appointments for the sales representatives
4. Conduct onboarding calls to new customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience with our company
5. Coordinate with customers and the installation team to schedule product installations efficiently
6. Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns they may have
7. Receive and manage inbound service calls from existing customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing effective solutions
Requirement: English proficiency is a must.

Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
