Sales Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our Franchise opportunity.
2. Communicate effectively in English, Hindi and Marathi, both spoken and written, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions
3. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement telesales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
5. Meet and exceed individual and team targets, consistently achieving set sales quotas and KPIs
6. Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote and cross-sell company offerings to clients
7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales management team and Earn 10% Commission on every sales.
8. Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups
9. Provide feedback on customer interactions and sales processes to help refine strategies and improve customer satisfaction

Other requirements
1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai/ Navi Mumbai
2. Pursuing or completed a Bachelors/ Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3. Excellent communication skills with a confident and friendly telephone manner
4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to achieve and exceed targets
6. Eagerness to learn and develop a career in sales
7. Excellent English communication
8. Comfortable with cold calling
9. Convincing skills
