As a Post-Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships with clients after the sale. Your primary responsibilities will include managing post-sales activities, resolving customer issues, and upselling additional products or services. You will collaborate closely with the sales, customer service, and product teams to enhance the overall customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers post-sale.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions and prevent recurring problems.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding the status of their inquiries.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
- Educate customers on product features and functionalities to enhance their usage experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
- **Communication**:

- Keep customers informed about new features, updates, and relevant information.
- Prepare and deliver reports on customer satisfaction and feedback.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the sales phase to post-sales support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, product development, and marketing, to address customer needs and concerns.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Document customer feedback and provide insights to improve products and services.

**Salary**: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

**Experience**:
