**Job Title: Marketing Sales Staff**

Work Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, onfield and off field duty based on requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers can also apply
- Preferably studied in Bangalore

**Languages**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Proficiency in Malayalam or Kannada is a must
- Native speaker of any of these Indian languages

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and trends
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexible schedule to accommodate onfield and off field duties
