Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading provider of innovative building and design solutions, empowering builders, interior designers, and architects to create exceptional spaces. We are expanding our team and currently seeking an Area Sales Manager with 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales. This role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence within designated regions.

**Responsibilities**:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets within the assigned area.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by actively prospecting and engaging with potential clients in the B2B sector.
- Foster strong, enduring relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations at client sites.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to management.

**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you'll need:

- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 6 months to 1 year in B2B sales, demonstrating a consistent track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area as required.
