**Job Title: Sales and Marketing Executive**

**Company: Red Bliss Tours and Travels**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth.
- **Marketing Initiatives**: Plan and manage marketing initiatives, enhance brand visibility and market the company’s services effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends; provide insights to the management about new opportunities.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- **Reporting**: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and marketing reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
