Swee10, developed by Chromachemie Pvt Ltd., is a natural stevia sweetener committed to providing a healthier sweetening alternative. To strengthen our distribution network, we are seeking a dedicated individual for the role of Distributor Sales Executive.

Role Description

This full-time position primarily focuses on overseeing and optimizing distribution activities. The Distributor Sales Executive will play a vital role in managing relationships with distributors, ensuring efficient product distribution, and contributing to the overall success of Swee10.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Identify and onboard new distributors in strategic locations to expand market reach.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to distributors.
- Monitor distributor performance against set targets and provide necessary support for goal achievement.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess distributor effectiveness, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop distribution strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Provide training and support to distributors on product knowledge, marketing, and sales techniques.
- Track and report on key distribution metrics to assess overall efficiency.
- Resolve distribution-related issues to maintain smooth operations and positive partnerships.
- Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in distribution management or a similar role is a plus preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for effective distributor relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and optimize distribution strategies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving distribution targets.
- Familiarity with distribution networks, logistics, and inventory management.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with distributors and assess market conditions.
- Proficiency in MS Office

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 per year

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel
