Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficient communication and coordination between our educational institution and partnering schools. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining meticulous records of class issues, student progress, and any other relevant information.
- Liaising between the school administration and our studio, promptly informing them of any updates, concerns, or issues.
- Ensuring the smooth execution of tests, lesson plans, and other educational activities, adhering to established schedules and guidelines.
- Providing exemplary customer service to students, parents, and school staff, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Utilizing basic Excel skills to organize and analyze data related to student performance, attendance, and other pertinent metrics.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to interact courteously and professionally with diverse stakeholders.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within an educational or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience working in an educational setting or familiarity with educational systems and processes.
- Prior experience in data management or record-keeping.
