**Executive (2-3 yrs) or Sr. Executive (4-6 yrs)**

1. Good written and verbal communication (Hindi and English)

2. Good in Excel - Look ups, Pivot etc

salary - 30k to 40k.

As an Operations/Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business and maintaining excellent customer relationships. You will be responsible for handling various operational tasks and providing top-notch customer support to our valued clientele. Your primary goal will be to enhance customer satisfaction, resolve inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**:
Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
- **Operations**:Assist with order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping coordination.

Monitor and update product/service databases and ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support requests.

Generate reports on customer support metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- **Customer Engagement**:Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products/services.
- **Team Collaboration**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer support, operations, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
