Executive - Operations & Customer Support

Manage the day-to-day business operations for an e-commerce company, covering Order processing, Coordinating with logistics partners, Customer support, and Inventory management.
- Spearhead daily operations including quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
- Build and implement SOP's to manage workflow and daily operations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferably in an eCommerce industry.
- Experience in Order Processing and Fulfillment, Warehousing & Logistics, Process Improvement, and Customer Support.
- Strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent people development and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), preferably with strong English skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, and ever-changing environment where you will be required to problem solve and think on your feet.
- Preferably residing in Gurugram, within 20 minutes commute.
Pay: ₹230,000.00 - ₹290,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
