AVP, Valvoline Business Services (VBS)
Operations
reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, APAC. This is a hybrid opportunity, 2 days remote per week based in Gurugram, India.
Primarily responsible for development and performance of Valvoline Business Services (VBS) activities globally
Work closely with members of business/functional leadership in shaping business/functional level VBS strategyDrive & manage project operations and ensure timely delivery of high-quality services across the organizationManage customer relationships and work on building healthy pipeline of growth opportunities for VBS servicesProvide leadership towards enabling profitability and growth in line with company's vision and establishes plans and strategies-Ensure operational efficiencies and effectiveness across VBS operations-Benchmark VBS against industry FTE, cost, service delivery levelsPartner with business functions to explore opportunities for VBS by constantly assessing business processes across the enterprise; Liaise with senior business leaders to realize enterprise efficiencies and overall cost reductions while enhancing qualityAssist in establishing and revising VBS policies and procedures to align with corporate strategic direction and global accounting policy manual, while managing smooth delivery of day-to-day operations
How You’ll Make an Impact
1.Responsible for facilitating operational performance and service deliveryWork with business/functions to facilitate establishing SLAsFacilitate preparation of scorecards benchmarked with industry to monitor performance for growthEstablish committees and implement process for scorecard review; Oversee identified areas for additional focus and ensure quality of service delivery
2.Generating new prospects for the organizationIdentify potential and showcase capabilities to attract projectsConvert them into opportunities for VBS and business/function and lead project approvalsFacilitate migration of projects to VBSEstablish pipeline to expand the customer and service base
3.Client Relationship & Internal stakeholder Management: Process and people related change management; Act as first point of escalation for critical/complex service issues; Relationship management; Serve as the VBS principal representative and communicate updates to stakeholders including Board level messaging on operations and performance
4.Ensure effective hiring across the organization; People development and attrition management; Provide mentoring and guidance to employees while facilitating on-site performance management
5.Oversee safety, health, regulatory compliances of VLSIPL, CSR initiatives, employee engagement and effectiveness
6.Reinforce and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and business code of conduct by regular engagement & communications

What You’ll Need
Master's degree in management, Business, Finance/ Chartered Accountant / IT with commercial experienceTraining and certification in Six Sigma black belt or LEAN, or similar quality management experience desirable15+ years' experience with at least 7-10+ years' experience of handling and oversighting a team of 150 -200 FTEs in operations role in BPO / KPOAn experience in setting up a shared service business from scratch and scaling it up will be highly desirableAbility to travel regionally, and occasionally globally, as required
