Customer Service Coordinator

CS team Co-ordinator represents the most frequent point of contact between a customer and Croda.
Ensure that customer orders and queries in the web portal are promptly and efficiently processed through to fulfilment in accordance, as far as possible, as per customers' expectation.
**Overall ownership of order processing to ensure that**:
- Web portal is monitored, and the orders are acknowledged on time
- Process orders as per the CoP
- Any amendment/ pricing issues to be co-ordinated with respective Sales rep
- Timely and accurate order information is provided to customers
- Possible solutions to be provided to Customers on Customer Web Portal in case of any issue on live chat
- Update ASNs
- Support for all audit requirement
- Effective communication with customers
- Co-ordinate with stake holders for order fulfilment
**Maintain Customer Master Data of all customers across the SBU**:
- Ensure correct ship to and bill to addresses are maintained in SAP
- Sales Office/Sales Group/Sales Rep/ ER partner data is entered correctly in the master. In case of any change, Customer Master needs to be updated
- Customer Master Data has to be reviewed periodically and updated accordingly.
**Key Job Responsibilities**:
- Handling Customer orders through Web Portal/ non portal and related work with respect to order processing
Experience in Customer Service Role with in-depth knowledge of digital tools preferably with exposure to working on SAP module. The post holder may be required to undertake other duties from time to time, but any such duties will not substantially change the general character of the role
