**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented **Sales Executive** with at least 6 months of inside sales experience. In this role, you will focus on managing inbound and outbound sales efforts, building customer relationships, and driving revenue through effective lead conversion. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Management**: Handle inbound sales inquiries and manage outbound calls to generate new leads.
- **Lead Nurturing**: Engage with prospective customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales funnel until conversion.
- **Product Knowledge**: Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition.
- **Sales Pipeline**: Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer information, ensuring effective tracking of leads and follow-up activities.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed individual sales targets by closing deals and contributing to overall company revenue.
- **Follow-up & Support**: Consistently follow up on leads to build relationships, answer queries, and close sales opportunities.
- **Market Insights**: Stay informed about the competitive landscape, industry trends, and customer preferences to improve the sales pitch.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation campaigns with sales efforts and drive customer acquisition.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates on sales performance, customer interactions, and market insights to the management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of inside sales experience, with a proven ability to close deals.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of building rapport and handling customer queries effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales with a customer-focused approach.
- **CRM Knowledge**: Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) and basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- **Result-Oriented**: Highly self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- **Customer-Centric**: Ability to understand customer pain points and offer appropriate solutions.
