**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive

**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in EdTech sales
**Education**: Graduation (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable EdTech products or services.
- Provide detailed information and guidance on product features, pricing, and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to drive sales conversions.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Follow up on leads, nurture relationships, and handle customer queries effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of **6 months of experience** in **EdTech sales**.
- **Graduation** is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written **communication skills**.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and close deals.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
