**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Location**: Noida, Sector 16

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a database of clients and update sales reports regularly.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and offering appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred mandatory.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in B2B or B2C sales.
- Familiarity with industry-specific products/services is a plus.
- Strong ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
