- Sales Experience: 1-2 year
The key responsibility in this critical role is to respond to our clients in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Provide timely, courteous, and efficient customer service to clients, prospects, and business partners regarding policy inquiries.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and business partners.
- Search for cross-service opportunities with clients
- Filling accord, quoting, policy submission required as a regular chore.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience in an insurance related position.
- Hospitality, financial service, or commissioned sales experience a plus
- Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- we very much enjoy our work and workday environment without drama.
- Education: Bachelors preferred, associates acceptable; experience required.
**Compensation**:
- F/T or PT
- Flexible hours 20 hours minimum.
- Paid holidays after 3 months. Vacation after 8 months.
