Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative in an amusement centre, primary role is to provide exceptional customer service to visitors and guests of the centre. CSR will be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with their experience, answering their questions, and addressing their concerns. Some of the key responsibilities and duties of a customer service representative in an amusement centre may include:Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive and answering any initial questions they may have.Providing information about the centre's attractions, rides, and activities, as well as any promotions or special offers.Handling customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner and resolving any issues to the customer's satisfaction.Maintaining a high level of customer service throughout the visitor's experience, including during any transactions or interactions with staff.Operating cash registers and handling monetary transactions, including the sale of tickets and merchandise.Monitoring the overall guest experience and providing feedback to management on ways to improve it. Ensuring that all areas of the centre are clean, safe, and well-maintained.Assisting with the setup and operation of special events or activitiesfollowing all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, security, and customer service.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
