Customer Service Representative

Gaming services workers typically do the following:
- Interact with customers and ensure that they have a pleasant experience
- Monitor customers for violations of gaming regulations.
- Inform their supervisor or a security employee of any irregularities they observe
- Enforce safety rules and report hazards
- Explain how to play the games to customers
- Identify customers' need ,clarify information ,research every issue and provide solutions and /on alternatives.
- Meet personal /team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Customer-focused attitude and a desire to go above and beyond for clients.
- Resolving client issues and complaints in a professional manner.
- Building strong relationship with clients and ensuring customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 54 per week
