Customer Support Executive

**CRM Administration**: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and security. Customize and configure the CRM to align with the company's business processes and objectives.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and update client records, including contact information, purchase history, and communication preferences. Regularly clean and deduplicate data to ensure data integrity.
- **User Training**: Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams to ensure they effectively use the CRM system. Assist new users with onboarding and educate existing users on new features and best practices.
- **Automation and Workflow**: Create and manage workflows, automations, and alerts within the CRM system to optimize sales and marketing processes. Streamline lead nurturing, follow-up, and communication processes.
- **Reporting and Analytics**: Generate and analyze reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales metrics, and marketing campaign effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
- **Security and Compliance**: Ensure data privacy and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR). Implement security measures to protect sensitive customer data.
- **User Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and issues. Troubleshoot problems, resolve user concerns, and provide guidance on CRM best practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on CRM trends and industry best practices. Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements to maximize CRM effectiveness.
**Required skills and qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM in a corporate setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or a similar platform.
- Strong technical proficiency and the ability to understand and configure CRM software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the electronics manufacturing or automation industry is a plus.
