**Job Summary**: We at The Eye Vet are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Customer Support Executive to join our Chain of Veterinary Clinics. As the first point of contact for our esteemed pet parents, you will play a crucial role in providing superior customer service and managing appointments, helping them solve their queries while ensuring seamless clinic operations
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming calls from pet parents in a professional and in most efficient manner to provide them with the required information and services.
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments as per caller's request or the clinic's requirements.
- Provide answers to inquiries related to services, working hours, directions, fees and other clinic related questions.
- Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure all appointments are confirmed, and any changes are communicated promptly to the pet parents as well as to the Clinic staff.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all services, treatments, and products offered at the clinic to provide accurate information to callers.
- Document calls, including nature of enquiry, provided response, any necessary follow-up actions.
- Assist with emergencies by providing necessary information and transferring calls to the appropriate medical staff.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics and adhere to all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Develop strong relationships with pet parents, showing empathy and understanding for their pets' situations and needs.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- A degree in any field/stream. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, including appointment scheduling software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high call volume environment.
- Passion for animals and understanding of basic animal care is a plus.
- Strong command over languages such as English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques is preferable.

**Shift Timings**:
- Work from office 9 to 7 PM (Monday to Saturday)
