**What Will You Do**:

- Establish clear client retention goals
- Assist customers with setting up and navigating through software product
- Promote the value of the product through customer experience
- Assist in creating training courses and educational materials
- Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience

**What Will You Need to Succeed**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation, however Postgraduate in Management course is desired.
- Strong analytical skills with bias for action
- Ability to gel with diverse colleagues (software developers, marketing specialists, product managers) as part of cross-functional project teams
- An entrepreneurial mindset i.e. taking ownership and contributing towards a solution.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Familiarity with CRM Software (Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk etc.) & Microsoft Office suite

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 per month
