**About Fundamento**
Fundamento unlocks excellent agent performance with an AI-powered frontline stack that is purpose-built for companies looking to demonstrate unmatched business outcomes.
Companies can ensure agents ace every customer conversation by using Fundamento as an agent copilot to handhold them through customer interactions with guided workflows and prompts and to automate manual and repetitive tasks. Using Fundamento, companies can gradually transition from to complete L1 and L2 customer support automation, where agents can focus on tackling complex challenges while near-human AI bots handle upstream customer interactions.
We are looking for full time interns who would closely work with the Product & Customer Success teams at Fundamento contribute to the development, audit, and testing of bot workflows for our bot Yara.
**What the role entails**
- Bot Workflow Development: Write workflows which are conversation scripts for the bot in Hindi & English. (to simplify the task, we will train you on how to use platforms like Chatgpt).
- Auditing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of the workflows to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Testing and Optimization: Assist in testing bot workflows across different platforms and devices to identify and resolve any issues or bugs. Continuously optimise workflows based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Documentation and Reporting: Document any comments, improvements, errors and report the same.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Decent written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning.

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
