**Synopsis of Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answering customers' inquiries via call, chat, and social media. Providing the right information.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of our products to effectively address customer inquiries and providing accurate information.
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customer’s feel supported and valued.
- Engaging in active listening with customers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry customers, as needed.
- Communicates with other departments to answer customer’s inquiries, solve their problems and fulfil their needs
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability.

**Skill and Competencies**:

- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Having 2 Years of working experience in Customer Care.
- Ability to concentrate follow customers issues without distraction to resolution
- Good composition skills ability to compose a grammatically correct, concise, and accurate written response
- Work successfully in a team environment
- Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Internet Explore.
