**Responsibilities**:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction.

Accurately and efficiently handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

Maintain thorough knowledge of company products, services, and policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical support, and operations, to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.

Follow standard operating procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent and efficient customer support delivery.

Provide product demonstrations, instructions, and basic technical support to customers when needed.

Identify and communicate customer feedback, trends, and suggestions to relevant teams for continuous improvement of products and services.

Assist in managing and maintaining customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets, including response times, customer satisfaction ratings, and resolution metrics.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.

Proven experience in a customer support or customer service role, preferably in a similar industry or domain.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and empathize with customers.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and provide appropriate solutions.

Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric approach in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Proficiency in using customer support software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Ability to handle and prioritize multiple customer inquiries simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing schedules or business needs.

Knowledge of the industry, products, and services offered by the organization is a plus.

Fluency in additional languages may be beneficial, depending on the customer base served.

Age must be between 18 to 25 years old

Must have knowledge of Computer and Excel Good

Typing skills with keyboard shortcut keys must know.

Job Timing - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
