**Position **:Customer Support Executive
**Dept**:Customer Excellence
**Accountabilities & Metrics**
- **Inbound Calls**
Understanding and capturing customer needs and preferences
Consulting and assisting in the decision-making process of customers with relevant information
- **Order Management**
Coordinating with Customers, Partners and Other Third-party Services for timely servicing of assigned orders
Developing and maintaining good rapport with Customers while selling/up-selling the higher value orders
- **Complaint Handling**
Delivering a wonderful experience for customers with prompt and timely services
Skillfully handling the customer complaint.
- **Outbound Calls**
Occasionally feedback calling
- **Partner Menu & Health check Audit**
Daily audits of partners to ensure all outlets are open timely.
**Key Competencies**
- MS Office
- He should have knowledge of MS Excel
- Fluency in English and Hindi is a must as we deal with customers and clients pan India
- Any graduate degree with a basic knowledge of Customer Service (Pizza Hut, Dominos & Ferns & Petals)
- Must have excellent communication, customer handling skills and a convincing personality
**Salary Bracket **:17k Take Home, CTC- 21k
