**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Accountable for the end-to-end regional separations processing delivered in compliance with all relevant legal/financial and company procedures.
- Interact with company’s employees and ex
- employees, providing information during their Offboarding process, working on different tools, maintaining weekly and monthly reports.
- Initiate continuous improvement opportunities ideas in delivery processing focused on identifying non-value add steps and employee/manager experience.
- Interact with key stakeholders like country HR leaders, ER/LR teams and counterparts in the up stream and downstream processes.
- Ensure timely business reports, issue logs and trackers are produced.
- Display a proactive behaviour with the ability to meet deadlines while in compliance to policy and process guidelines.
- Work in a collaborative manner, display flexibility, respond positively in a changing environment.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 4-5 yrs of experience in HR operations, preferably multi-region.
- Experience in understanding and documenting country level process.
- Demonstratable experience of process optimization initiatives in HR processing.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in managing global stakeholders.
- Good understanding of metric reporting in MS Excel and process presentations skills

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Familiar with HRMS sytems deployed on SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience in cross functional HR process
