Your Role and Responsibilities
- End to end Japan offboarding processing, including separation process and workflow checks with standard offboarding policy, following up on pending offboarding cases to avoid any omissions or delay.
- Provide offboarding inquiries service to all employee and manager.
- Support to excute project related to offboarding.
- Support internal or external audits in collaborating with other functional teams.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) - N2 level is required. Proficiency on verbal and literacy in Japanese. Well known on Japan Business culture and good communication skills.
- 2-3 years experience on HR operation services.
- Growth mindset and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially Excel) etc.
- Ability to handle mutiple tasks under pressure.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) - N1 level is preferred.
- Workday or HRMS experience is preferred.
