Estimated Salary: ₹80,000 - ₹1,20,000 per annum based on location and experience

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the employee helpdesk, ensuring timely delivery of HR dashboards, and handling the employee separation process. They will also be responsible for generating accurate employee-related reports and ensuring all HR processes are compliant with audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the entire payroll process, including employee records as per SOP requirements.
  2. Ensure new joiners are effectively inducted and manage on-boarding formalities and documentation.
  3. Revert within TAT to queries from employees and ensure all HR processes are compliant with audit requirements.
  4. Generate accurate employee-related reports for review and timely delivery of various HR dashboards.
  5. Handle the employee separation process, including off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers, and entity transfers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. They should also have knowledge of payroll software and procedures, as well as strong analytical and organizational skills.
