Job Responsibilities

1. HR policy and process formulation, updation and implementation.
2. Manpower Planning, costing & budgeting for stores on monthly basis as per the IAV.
3. Managing central & store employee count as per the Org structure, strategic input on
new positions.
4. Strategic suggestions on HR, L&D, Legal & Compliance, New store (COCO & FOFO)
openings, Cost management and functionality of support functions.
5. Talent acquisition - Store, Corporate & RO across all levels.
6. Talent management - Training roadmap, training content creation & upgradation, cost
management of L&D function, Management of individual learning, effective utilization
of training resources.
7. Guiding the planning and execution of day today training activities, tracking and
reporting.
8. Employee lifecycle management includes onboarding, uniform management,
attendance management, leave management, defining of KRAs across all levels,
attrition management, Employee separation management and F&F, Employee
Engagement, grievance management.
9. Attendance tracking & Payroll Management.
10. Employee Record Maintenance physical & virtual.
11. PF, ESI and TDS management.
12. Salary advances, reimbursements, travel conveyance, incentives & other employee
perks management.
13. PMS management, succession planning and implementation.
14. Monthly reports to Management on over all functional performance of HR & L&D.
15. General Admin, management of corporate & RO office, employee accommodation
expanses, purchase and maintenance of company assets and distribution.
16. Statutory trainings and record maintenance.
17. Statutory returns filing, record keeping and labour compliance management.
18. Franchise & COCO Agreements & licences compliance management.
19. Franchise outstanding payment management, renewal, agreements, licenses
management.
20. Business partnering with internal & external stakeholders and vendor management.
21. Overall manpower, recurring cost management and control of all support functions.
22. Coordinating for new store launches in regard to hiring, training & store launch
support.
23. Coordinating with Projects team for the smooth flow and compliance management of
new franchise store openings.
24. Overlooking legal function and support.
25. New HR initiatives at store & corporate level, campus hiring and internships.
26. Overlooking and guiding of automation & transition of HRMS & LMS.
