Role purpose:
Responsible for strategy, planning and implementation of marketing of Products, Propositions and Customer advocacy program pan India.

The responsibilities include:

- Responsible for best in class marketing strategy to create marketing communications for products and propositions and support in effective launches through an organised calendar
- Create and deliver Go-to-market for hero Propositions/products for impactful launches of business critical propositions
- Deliver on customer advocacy program (#Customer testimonials) through orchestration across sales segments and circle marketing
- Custodian for Pan India marketing calendar and anchor cluster marketing calendars for effective integration in to One VIBS Marketing calendar
- Work with Product, Mobility and IoT Lines of Businesses and Proposition teams to drive effective go to market initiatives
- Monitoring and reporting of program deliverables, and taking initiatives to progressively improve the plan/execution to deliver expected results

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

- **Strategic Communications**: Plan and execute annual calendar. Execute national ATL & BTL marketing campaigns to bolster Product awareness, consideration & differentiation
- **GTM & Messaging**:Develop impactful GTM Kit, key messaging for external audience, media, analysts and key internal audience (leadership)
- **Manage key agency relationships**: Creative agency & Media and Event
- **Cross-Functional**: Effective liaising with Product, propositions and commercial/CVM teams to drive through a coordinated calendar and consistent business outcomes.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:

- 8 years of experience in Marketing. Blend of B2B and B2C preferred
- Expertise in product marketing
- Strong program management and relationship skills
- Operational excellence
- Result driven
- Creative Individual from the FMCG/IT”Telecom/Retail or from agency managing the said industries portfolio

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- MBA in Marketing
- Prior experience in brand and agencies

- Strong product positioning and recall (measured through brand track)
- Customer Advocacy success (#Testimonials and impact (#engagement)
- GTM Effectiveness measured through 90 day success of launch

Organisation Size & Structure:
The role reports in to GM-Enterprise Brand and Comms.

The position also has responsibility to support team lead with one VIBS calendar.
