**Job role**:BankingVoice Process
- Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries over phone
- Should able to work and achieve team target
- Should able to handle escalated complaints and request from customer
- Minimal escalation to next level.
- Provide satisfactory resolution to customers & creating a good rapport with customers
- Cross selling various banking products to customers over phone
- Zero tolerance on complaints / calls handled.
- **Tele-calling involves sales process also.**
- Flexible to work in shifts (For females no night shifts)

- Should have good communication skills
- Sales and Influencing Skills
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge is an added advantage

- Rotational shift
